ASSISTANCE

We check and recondition each bike before the trip. However, no cyclist is safe from damage. We guarantee support seven days a week in case of problems due to our responsability. Only in this case, assistance is included in the price.

In the case of a minor incident such as a cycle's chain coming off or a flat tire, we request you to make the repairs yourself . A repair kit will be provided before you leave. However, you can call for assistance, but in this case, it will be charged according to the number of kilometers travelled to reach you.

You can also use assistance if, during the stay, you prefer to change equipment and finish the route with an electric bike (subject to availability). You can also call us in the unlikely case you want to give up the experience. We then charge a supplement.
