Everyone can participate, provided there is at least one adult in the group. Whatever your sporting level, you will find the stay that suits you among the various courses offered.
The price of the stays is calculated on the basis of 2 adult participants.
Of course, You can come alone, in which case an extra charge may apply. This amount depends on the length of the stay and is mentioned in the description sheet..
From three people, we encourage you to contact us to determine if the participants share a room or if you prefer a second bedroom;
FOR BIKE STAYS
Of course, your kids can accompany you on this adventure.
A discount is applied on the child rate, only if accompanied by two adult participants. If the child is only accompanied by one adult, he will then pay a full price.
For the youngest from 1 to 4 years old, we offer you a Thule trailer that will protect them from the rain as well as from the sun. For children from 2 to 6 years old, we provide them a trailer Weehoo igo (for one or two children). They can participate in the pedaling effort but are primarily towed by the adult's bike.
When children are comfortable on a bike and a little more independent, they can then participate in stays classified at the “family” sports level. The route is secure on a cycle track and with a slight drop. We offer you a FollowMe tandem which allows the child to pedal alone, Then, when he is tired, to be able to easily hitch their bike to the parent's bike.
For teens, we leave you alone to judge their sporting level and only you can know if they are able to make a stay a little more difficult.
In all cases, you have the possibility to call for Assistance to carry you to the next step. In that case, you will be charged for this service.
FOR WALKING STAYS
Walking tours aren't really kid-friendly. The mileage and the elevation are relatively high and are intended for people who regularly hike. However, teenagers can participate. You remain the sole judges of their physical level.
FOR BIKE STAYS
You remain solely judge of the person's ability to live the cycling adventure safely.
If it is a child, we offer you the trailer Weehoo . He will sit comfortably with a harness that will keep him safe.
For adults with visual impairments or other disabilities, we can possibly offer you a tandem.
In all cases, if you feel the need, you can call for assistance to get you to the next step or bring you back to your starting point.
FOR WALKING STAYS
Again, you remain the sole judges of the person's ability to walk at least ten kilometers. Most often is "possibly, we can offer you a course adapted to your needs. Do not hesitate to contact us.
BIKE TOURS
Each route has been designed and tested by us to allow you to discover the richness of Ardennes, giving preference to cycle paths and low-traffic roads.
We can also offer you "à la carte" stays according to your wishes. Feel free to give us your expectations.
All trips are classified in three levels :
- FAMILY : They are accessible to the whole family, even with children. You ride safely and the additional altitude gain isn't big.
– FLANNER (the regular practice of a sport is advised) : You're not looking for athletic performance and you prefer visits and discoveries. The steps do not exceed 50km per day and allow you to enjoy your trip. The height difference is entered in each descriptive sheet. Depending on your level , you can opt for the "electric bike".
- JOCK (regular practice of cycling is highly recommended) : You need your dose of endorphin and, for you, physical effort is a source of pleasure. These stays are made for you with daily stages of between 60 and 100 km. These stays can be easily accessible to everyone if you opt for an “electrically assisted bicycle”.

In all cases, the price of the stay includes at least :
- accommodation with breakfast
- rental of a non-electric bike
- logbook detailing the route to follow
- GPS track as a GPX file
- loan of a helmet, safety vest, bike bags, repair kit and lock
- tourist tax
The price does not include insurance for theft or degradation of the bike.
We offer different options so you can fully enjoy your stay :
- electrically assisted bicycle Option
- Baggage Option : Transport your luggage to the next step.
– Half-board option : For the evening meal. For certain stays, half board is included.
The price differs according to the stay and is entered in the description sheet.
During the day, wear casual clothes that avoid chafing : cyclist, legging, hiking pants or shorts. Avoid wearing jeans which may hamper your movements and will quickly become uncomfortable. Also plan a windbreaker or rain suit depending on the weather. Also remember to take a little warmer clothing for breaks.
We provide you with a yellow signaling vest.
Prefer the use of sneakers which will ensure a good grip and prevent your foot from slipping on the pedals for cycling trips. For walking trips, we advise you to put on good hiking shoes and possibly, bring walking sticks.
Plan on comfortable clothes to change into the evening at the stage.
From our website, you can send us your reservation request. You can also contact us by mail or phone.
We will then send you a rental contract. We ask you to send it back signed, by email or by post, accompanied by the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The payment of the balance must reach us no later than 30 days before your departure.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, we request the payment of the entire stay.
The reservation will be effective upon receipt of the deposit, and then, accommodation bookings will be confirmed.
Payment is made either by bank cheque (only french banks) indicating the number of the estimate. You will send the cheque by post :

The security deposit is only for bike stays.
Upon your arrival, we will require a deposit by bank check and a photocopy of an ID. The amount of the check depends on the rented equipment :
- Mountain bike : 200€
- Electric bike : 500€
- Trailer : 200€
The security deposit is not cashed when signing the contract but would likely be used to adjust :
- unpaid
- repairs (parts and labor) related to abnormal degradation of the bike and accessories
- Cost of replacement for bicycles in case of theft or disappearance
This deposit will be returned after examination of the bike and its accessories when returning.
For cycling trips, the stages are relatively short and you can take advantage of this to favor visits to tourist sites. We recommend that you provide in this case appropriate clothing. The bags are waterproof, So you find dry clothes to evening stage.
For walking trips, we advise you to bring rain pants, a poncho and GoreTex shoes.
If you cancel during the stay, weather may not give rise to any refund.

The venues and times you are mentioned in each factsheet.
We will give you your hire equipment (bike, bags, helmets, etc.) and your travelogue. You then simply follow the route day after day.
The return to Signy l'Abbaye should take place no later than 17h, the last day of your stay.
For cycling trips, you agree to drive carefully and to respect the Highway Code. You will be personally liable in case of theft or damage regardless of the tortfeasor.

Wearing a helmet is COMPULSORY for children up to 12 years old strongly recommended for adults.

In case of theft, a declaration to the police is mandatory.

- Liability and Insurance :

The insurance against theft remains your responsibility and your initiative.
- Jurisdiction :

Just email us your details and the desired amount. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you the gift card valid for all walking or cycling trips. If the amount of the card is greater than the amount of the stay, it can not give rise to any refund.
The card is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
