WHO ARE WE ?
Pierrot and Bea. Our first vacation together ? We were 17 and 18 years old and we linked Le Havre to Berck sur Mer on foot in thirteen days. And since then, we never stopped wandering right to left, on foot or by bike.
Our independent hiking experiences, are mainly located in France : Alpes, Massif Central, Vosges. But we also did some treks with or without a guide : Inde, Venezuela, Iceland. Traveling on foot is a wonderful way to think outside the box and immerse yourself in the soul of a country.
About our cycling trips, they began with a three-week honeymoon in Ireland. Few years later, we discovered the unparalleled comfort of the recumbent bike. This solution opened up new horizons for us by allowing us to travel for months by bike without suffering from sore buttocks., wrists or back. In 2013, we left for 6 months to cross the USA from North to South, then after a quick plane jump, bolivia, Argentina, Chili, along and crossing the Andes Cordillera, to the end of Patagonia. We then made a few trips to France with the Vélodyssée, Velosceny, The Loire by bike. Then in 2018, we left for five months to cross the USA from East to West, connect the Atlantic to the Pacific along the Mexican border. in 2021, we connected Signy l'Abbaye to Lisbon mainly following the Eurovelo.
The major advantage of traveling by bike is that you can move neither too fast, neither too slowly. The ideal pace to discover a country. He is also an incredible facilitator of meetings who attracts the benevolence of the locals.
The discovery of the electric bicycle was a second revolution for us. Has multiple sclerosis, my physical form allows me less minus the “sporting exploits”. This solution allows me to continue to believe in the future, by planning new departures.
Thirty years of experience, we use it to set up a micro-enterprise that looks like us with “Les Vélos de Pierrot”.
We have been living in the Ardennes for more than 20 years. All our courses have been traced and tested by us. We wanted to create an agency that respect our values. We are not in the pursuit of maximum profit, but in the pleasure of sharing what we love, unspoilt nature, the tranquility of the forest and the countryside, his fauna, its flora, respect for people, and finally… a table offering good local products.

We will not take you to Nepal, nor in Thailand, nor even on the Loire. We offer stays in a sector that we know by heart : the Ardennes.
