PROCEDURE
DAY 1
Signy – Launois sur Vence

DEPARTURE : 4 DAYS VAUBAN AND GONZAGUE (possibility of delaying the departure time on request)
The meeting point is at Signy l’Abbaye, where you will leave your vehicle. First check that you have a bottle of water in your backpack., your lunch and possibly your mobile phone on which you will have downloaded the GPX track that we will have sent to you beforehand. We give you your road book which will give you precise details of the route to follow and give you some explanations on the points of interest crossed on the way..
Recharge your batteries in the heart of the Signy l’Abbaye national forest, you will find a place of tranquility very little frequented and if you are discreet, maybe you will come across a deer or a fox.

DAY 2
Launois – Gironval

Elevation : +289m
If you didn't do it the day before, take the time to discover the Launois-sur-Vence post office. It allowed at the time the exchange of horses for the benefit of couriers and travelers. The site has been listed in the inventory of Historic Monuments since January 1, 1994.. The buildings consist of a main building, stables topped with attics, an old sheepfold and a hall dating from the 18th and 19th centuries.
Between agricultural and forest landscapes, your route will take you to Thin-le-Moutier, then to the oratory of the Virgin of Froidmont in the heart of the forest of the same name.
If you want to reduce the step, a Bis itinerary will appear in your road book on simple request. He tells you a shortcut that allows you to gain four kilometers.

Gironval – Signy l'Abbaye

For this last day, the route will take you quickly to the GR12 which is also one of the Ways of Compostela. Take advantage of the silence and solitude to recharge your batteries.
If you want to reduce the step, a Bis itinerary will appear in your road book on simple request. It shows you a shortcut that saves five kilometers.
ARRIVAL : at your convenience, you find your car at the end of the stay.

You come alone ?
No problem, you can enjoy the same benefits. However, a 40% supplement will be applied to the price of your stay.
You come with children ?
We make you benefit from a preferential rate to live the experience of hiking with your family. This rate is applicable only if the child is accompanied by two adult participants and sharing the same room.

– from 11 to 15 years old : -30%
However, the Randos de Pierrot stays are mainly aimed at people who regularly practice physical activity and particularly walking. The courses can be difficult at times and may be too demanding for the youngest.

We offer hiking trails to discover Ardennes over several days. These routes have been carefully prepared and recognized by us. You will enjoy unspoilt nature in the heart of the Ardennes forests and countryside.
Before starting, we give you a roadbook, and a GPS track to download directly on your smartphone. We offer you a stay in complete freedom, where you can recharge your batteries while remaining independent. We will have reserved accommodation for you for each of the stages. If you want to travel light, you can also choose the option “luggage transport”.
Based on your needs, we can offer you the free loan of a backpack or hiking poles (subject to availability).
Our hosts will be happy to introduce you to Ardennes hospitality. During this trip, you will be accommodated in comfortable rooms in Logis de France hotels and guest rooms.
Our hosts will offer you a gourmet menu every evening to help you discover the Ardennes gastronomy. They make a point of offering you authentic cuisine by working with local products.
The price includes a basic menu per person. However, you are free to prefer a more elaborate menu or choose à la carte. You can make the request directly to the restaurateur who will invoice you directly for the supplement.
We also advise you, if you wish it, to book with your host, a picnic basket for your lunch the next day, And this, as soon as you arrive at the stage in the evening. Be careful, this picnic is not included in the price of the stay.
You want to travel light and carry only what is necessary for the day ? You have the possibility to choose the option “luggage transport”. This option is limited to a maximum of 20kg per person.
The price of this option applies to the entire group taking part in the stay.
To ensure the best possible transportation, we ask you to get off your luggage in the morning, at the hotel reception, 4 DAYS VAUBAN AND GONZAGUE.
In case of problem, I remain at your disposal 7 days a week to assist you, if necessary.
Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will send you a customized quote that best meet your expectations. We ask you to return the signed quotation by email or by post to acceptance.
This must be accompanied by payment of the deposit. Payment is made either by bank cheque (only french banks) or by bank transfer stating the quote number.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking. The payment of the balance must reach us no later than 30 days before your departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, we request the payment of the entire stay.
If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before departure : payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay.
If the cancellation is made 29 to 15 days before departure : payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
If the cancellation is made 14 to 8 days before departure : payment of 75% of the total amount of the stay.
If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before departure : payment of 100% of the total amount of the stay.
